Vendredi 29 déc au soir, Maguy et Michel viennent nous voir - c'était le seul moment où l'on pouvait se retrouver. On dîne et on discute, histoire de se raconter nos p'tites vies.

Samedi 30 déc: shopping avec Béa et maman. Puis l'aprem, on passe chercher les p'tites cousines Marina et Kelly pour aller chez Sabi. On a bien déliré!! Entre music, concert Shania Twain, délires Walt Disney et manga... Les p'tites sont vraiment adorables!

Dimanche 31 déc: avec Béa on passe un réveillon tranquilou en tête à tête LOL On mange bien et on se mate la télé, des DVDs, on écoute de la bonne zic...

Lundi 1er janvier: c'est la nouvelle année! Papa et moi on raccompagne Béa à la gare d'Angers pour qu'elle puisse prendre son train jusqu'à Paris où elle va rejoindre Adil. Papa et moi allons ensuite chez mamie à La Chapelle sur Erdre (Nantes).

Mardi 2 janvier: ça y est, les vacs sont finies, il est temps de rentrer à Londres!!

Friday 29th Dec: Maguy and Michel came for dinner in the evening. We had some nice Vietnamese soup and we talked a lot of course. It was nice to catch up with them as usual!

Saturday 30th Dec: I went shopping with Béa and mum. And in the afternoon we picked up Marina and Kelly, our li'l cousins (Sabi's sisters) and went to Sabi's. It was a fun day! Listening to some cheesy music, watching Shania Twain's concert in Chicago, giggling about Walt Disney and other great cartoons... These girls are sooo lovely... and lively!

Sunday 31th Dec: Béa and I had a quiet NYE, nothing really special, but it was just great to be together. We had a very nice dinner, listened to our fave music, watched some telly and DVDs.

Monday 1st Jan: that's it, we're in 2007!! Dad and I drove Béa to Angers so she could catch her train to Paris where she was to meet Adil. Dad and I then drove to La Chapelle sur Erdre (Nantes) to pay my granny a visit.

Tuesday 2nd Jan: oh no, my Xmas holiday are over now, time to go back to London!!

Le 28 déc, réveil a Anetz puis RDV à midi à Angers pour déjeuner avec Maty, Manue et MissMar (Marion).

Il se les caille et c'est horrible d'attendre dans le froid... bouh..

On va manger dans une pizzeria super bonne, on y reste plus longtemps que prévu... lol

Ensuite j'ai RDV chez Kim que je n'ai pas vue depuis des lustres. Béa repart avec la voiture sur Cholet.

C'est sympa de revoir Kim et ses deux bout'chous. J'avais déjà vu Mayly mais pas le p'tit dernier Thao. On s'était pas vues depuis la fac, donc c'était de sympathiques retrouvailles. On passe au centre-ville et puis je rejoins Céline. On fait quelques magasins, et on va chez elle et Damien à Beaufort-en-Vallée! Belle maison! On discute, on prend l'apéro, puis on dîne. Ensuite on regarde des photos, c'est très sympa. Merci aussi à vous deux!

On 28th Dec, we woke up in  Anetz and then we drove up to Angers as I had arranged to meet up with some friends for lunch in Angers: Maty, Manue and MissMar (Marion).

It was even colder that day and it was awful having to wait in this bloody cold... bouh...

We had lunch in a pizza restaurant - very nice place - and stayed for quite a long time, longer than expected actually!!!

Afterwards I went to see my friend Kim whom I hadn't seen for ages. Béa took the car and drove back to Cholet.

It was really cool seeing Kim again and meeting her 2 lovely kids. I had already seen Mayly but not Thao. Kim and I hadn't seen each other since university, so it was great catching up. We then went into town and I met up with another friend, Céline. We popped into some shops and then drove to her home in Beaufort-en-Vallée! It's a little town near Angers. Céline and her (now) husband Damien have a very lovely house down there.

We sat down to take some aperitifs, talk and then we had dinner. We also looked at some pictures (their wedding and their honeymoon in Thailand!!!)

Le 26 déc, eh bien, RDV chez le doc pour les deux soeurs! Ben vi, faut bien qu'on se soigne!!!

Adil nous quitte et va rejoindre des potes a Paris.

Le 27 dec, Béa et moi prenons la voiture et allons en vadrouille à Nantes. Au programme:

RDV chez le coiffeur, shopping, puis escale à Anetz (entre Angers et Nantes, près d'Ancenis) chez... Thatsany et Anthony!!! (yes)

On y mange très bien, miam, on rigole bien, bref, on passe du bon temps quoi!

On the 26th Dec, well, a very exciting plan for Béa and I: an appointment with the GP! Yep, we really needed to be fixed!

Adil left in the afternoon to go and see some friends in Paris.

On the 27th Dec, Béa and I took mum's car and just wandered around Nantes. Our programme was:

Appointment at the hairdresser's, shopping, and then we stopped by Anetz (half way between Angers and Nantes, near Ancenis) to go and see... Thatsany and Anthony!!! (yes, that's right!)

We had some very nice food, yum, had a good laugh, in a word, we had a good time!!!

Le 25, je me réveille avec une grosse fièvre, des frissons et un gros mal de tête... ouah, la totale!!!

Bon, je me décide à me lever, mais c'est dur dur... après quelques médocs et de la bouffe, ça va un peu mieux mais pas la fête. On passe la journée à glander un peu Béa, Adil et moi. Rien à faire et puis il fait froid dehors...

A 16h on part chez ma tata et on y voit Thatsany et Anthony de nouveau. Normal, Thatsany est la fille de ma tata... ;-) Vous suivez?

Bref, on parle, on rigole, on mange (!)... sympa tout ça!

On the 25th, I woke up with a high temperature, shivers and a massive headache... waouh, I think I got the whole package!

After a few hours lying in bed awake, I decided to get up but it was sooo hard... After taking a few medicines and having some food, I started to feel a bit better but still not great. Adil, Béa and I just spent the morning doing nothing: I mean, there was nothing much to do and anyway it was really cold outside...

At 4pm we headed to my aunt's where we caught up with Thatsany and Anthony again. Well, it's no surprise they were there too as Thatsany is my aunt's daughter... are u with me? ;-)

We had some food, talked a lot, looked at some pics and laughed (!)... very nice!

A minuit on ouvre les cadeaux: j'ai eu droit à des bijoux, des babouchs, des sousous, des chocolats (tiens tiens), un oreiller Bourriquet, ...

The clock stroke midnight!!! Time to open the presents: I got jewellery, babouchs (Moroccan-style shoes), money, chocolate (... it rings a bell, doesn't it?!), an Eyeore pillow and other stuff...
